This is the Call for Extended Abstracts for the 5th Workshop on Green, Responsible, Ethical and Social/Sustainable IT/IS, organized by Prof. Dr. Barbara Krumay, Institute of Business Informatics - Information Engineering & Associate Dean for Research & Impact, JKU Business School.
The Workshop takes place at July 5th, 2024 at the JKU
The idea of this workshop is to bring together young and established researchers as well as PhD-students, investigating organizations’ approach towards Green, Responsible, Ethical and Social/Sustainable IT/IS. We call for Extended Abstracts (no full paper required) which are not only reviewed by an experienced reviewer team, but will also be feedbacked by the other participants in a "Buddy system". Important dates (all 2024):
- June, 5th: Extended deadline first submission of extended abstracts (per mail - see details in PDF linked)
- June, 10th: reviews and conditional acceptance of extended abstracts
- June, 20th: deadline submission final version of extended abstracts, short CV and registration
- June, 25th: Deadline workshop registration
- June, 25th: extended abstracts made available for all workshop participants, Buddy assignment
- July, 4th, 7 p.m.: welcome reception and pre-workshop social event
- July, 5th, 9 a.m.: welcome and check-in

The workshop is free of charge; however, accommodation and all other costs are the responsibility of the candidates and participants. There is no financial support for this workshop available, nor can we provide any support for visa nor other administrative or legal issues.
