The Austrian state of Styria presents Pro²Future Ltd. with the Innovation Award.
The “MUST Visibility” project won the award in the category of “Digitalization: R&D Institutions” focusing on detecting material defects, particularly when manufacturing metal parts. AI-based quality monitoring methods are applied in order to detect defects directly on the machine tool during production. Muaaz Abdul Hadi, Stefan Trabesinger and Gerd Hribernig accepted the award at the Schloßberghotel Graz.
Anchored in both products and production systems, Pro²Future designs cognitive systems with human-like abilities including perception, understanding, interpretation, memorization and learning, reasoning, and the corresponding cognition-driven actions. The JKU and other institutions are company shareholders.
