SMART 2025 will take place at the Johannes Kepler University Linz (JKU) which is located in an urban region north of the city of Linz. Linz is the capital of beautiful Upper Austria and located along the Danube River.

All of the presentations, the poster session, as well as the Welcome Party, will take place in two connected buildings at the JKU: the Keplergebäude Building (Keplergebäude) and the Lecture Hall Wing (Hörsaaltrakt).

• The Keplergebäude Building is home to the JKU's main lecture hall, HS 1 (capacity of 425) and the plenary lectures will take place there. On-site registration and the conference Help Desk will be in the Keplergebäude Building. The Keplergebäude Building runs parallel to the Lecture Hall Wing and is located on the long side of the pond.
• The Lecture Hall Wing has 6 lecture halls in which the parallel sessions will take place. The Lecture Hall Wing is located behind the Keplergebäude Building and between the Juridicum Building and the Main Campus Library.
• Hall B and Hall C connect the Keplergebäude Building and the Lecture Hall Wing where coffee breaks, the poster session, and the Welcome Party will take place.
