SMART 2025 is now accepting submission of abstracts!

Participants are invited to submit an abstract following the instructions:

1. Prepare a one-page abstract using either the Latex-template, opens a file or the Word-template, opens a file.
2. Upload the pdf-file of your abstract online.

Please note:

• In order to submit your abstract you will first have to create an account in the ConfTool Conference Management Tool.
• Submissions to Mini-Symposia (MS) or Special Sessions (SS) - please select the MS os SS when uploading your abstract. Please check the list of MS / SS before submitting.
• Submissions to General Sessions (GS) - please select the general topic you wish to submit your contribution to when uploading your abstract. Please check the general topics before submitting.
• Poster Presentations - please submit a regular abstract and select Poster Session when uploading your abstract.
• The deadline for abstract submission is January 17, 2025.
• Authors will be informed about the acceptance of the abstract by February 14, 2025. Authors of accepted abstracts will be able to upload the full paper until March 31, 2025.

• Abstract acceptance notification - February 14, 2025
• Submit full papers between February 15, 2025 - March 31, 2025
• Complete the registration form February 15, 2025 - March 31, 2025 (early) / May 9, 2025 (late)

PLEASE NOTE

• SMART 2025 will impose a strict, one-presentation per registered participant policy.
• Full paper submission is mandatory.
• Paid conference fees will not be refunded, however designated substitute speaker(s) may take part.
• Including abstracts and full papers in the book of abstracts and proceedings requires you to:
  • Submit abstracts and full papers before the above-mentioned deadline.
  • Register for the conferency by no later than May 9, 2025.
  • Pay the conference fee before June 9, 2025.

While on-site registration is an option, we will not be able to include abstracts and full papers in book of abstracts and proceedings, or be able to offer a presentation time slot.
