AI in Medicine

Addressing current issues, new developments and the challenges facing closely related sectors such as Artificial Intelligence and medicine.

Artificial intelligence and medicine are two closely interacting domains that depend on sharing insights and ideas outside of one's individual area of expertise as well as on discussion and mutual collaboration between different specialized fields. During the course of the evening, we hope to initiate and encourage these discussions. We will focus on addressing current issues, new developments, and the challenges within this interdisciplinary subject area, giving the audience much to talk about and food for thought.

Erich Kobler (University of Bonn) will open the evening with a keynote address titled “Gadolinium Dose Reduction in Brain MRI and Model-based Deep Learning for Inverse Problems”. Philipp Vollmuth (University of Bonn) will deliver the second section of the keynote address.

An event in the framework of the EU-STARTS-Project GRIN.
