Those living in the global south continue to suffer as a result of climate change, primarily attributable to rich industrialized nations (keyword: climate justice). In terms of climate policy, the global social consequences remain insufficiently addressed. All of us are being called upon to do something differently! This “Open Space” initiative by Caritas Upper Austria's International Aid and the Johannes Kepler University Linz (JKU) in collaboration with renowned experts will encourage and inspire us to do so.
We want to advocate for climate protection, social justice and more social awareness!
Organized in cooperation with Global Studies (IfZ), the JKU's Office of Sustainability, and Caritas Upper Austria's International Aid.
