The universities in Krems, Linz, and Salzburg will once again kick off their successful career development program for female scholars, based on the Mentoring III and karriere_links programs in May of 2024.
Participating mentees attend mentoring sessions and individual coaching sessions as well as seminars created for doctoral and post-doctoral candidates, thereby supporting efforts to strengthen their academic career development plans. The joint program gives participants space to exchange ideas on various subject areas, career stages, and strengthens inter-university networks.
The program aims increase the proportion of women in leading academic/scientific positions. The career development program has been designed to offer participating women scientists and academics opportunities to help advance their academic careers.

Organizational Information
- Employees at the universities in Linz, Salzburg, or Krems are subject to a course fee of € 350, to be paid preferably by the respective department/institute before the program starts.
- Participants* are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs, with the exception of the stay in Gmunden (which will be covered by the universities).
- Participation for individual dates is binding. After completing a minimum of 75% of all sections of the program, the mentees will receive confirmation of having successfully completed the Career_Mentoring III program
- The program is held in German.
Program

- Post-doctoral campus on three days and an additional four modules covering topics related to post-doctoral candidates
