Course content

• Examination of various complex topics
• (Paraphrased) reproduction or summary of texts
• Presenting a reasoned argumentative statements on a variety of opinions
• Composing e-mails, blog or forum posts
• Exercises with various longer text types (press articles, podcasts)
• Statistics: Description, analysis, commentary

Assessment criteria

Mandatory, regular attendance (at least 80% of weekly classes must be attended), active class participation, mid-term test, final exam.
